I started in the Real Estate business when I was 22 years old. I was considered one of the first twenty something's to start selling Real Estate. I always loved houses when I was a kid and frequently rode my bike to open houses in my neighborhood. After graduating from college, I decided it was time to pursue a career in Real Estate. I first started with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties and switched to REMAX after becoming a top producer. On Jan 3 rd, 2012, I launched my own Brokerage Firm (Gucciardo Real Estate Group) As of Aug 2012, sales were up 16% from 2011 without any national Brand affiliation.This was proof to me that I should have started my own firm years ago.
In my first full year with REMAX (2004), I sold 113 houses totaling almost 20 million dollars in sales volume. In 2005 I sold 149 houses totaling 32.6 million dollars. My marketing plan has worked and has helped me achieve this unbelievable level of success. Today, I am the top selling Realtor North of the Tappan Zee Bridge and hold the title of being the youngest associate broker in the United States to ever receive the Chairman's Club and Hall of Fame award.
