My grandmother lived on Nelson Ave for over 35 years. Anthony Gucciardo mowed her lawn as a kid and also shoveled her driveway & walkway in the winter. At 50 years old I found myself with not much money after a divorce. I had a little down payment and was in need of a house quickly.
