I interviewed 3 Realtors and was most impressed with Anthony's approach to Real Estate. The house sold within a few weeks. On the day of the closing, there was a serious issue that was going to delay the closing for several weeks. The attorneys on both sides could not come to a resolution regarding how to show a roof credit on the HUD statement. Anthony was quick to think of an idea that was mutually beneficial to both sides. At 50 years old I found myself with not much money after a divorce. I had a little down payment and was in need of a house quickly.
