Anthony got his first “taste” of the real estate industry at the young age of 14. He worked at the Marini Showcase of Homes making popcorn and assisting guests. A year later, the entrepreneurially spirited teenager held his first open house for his parents who were selling their home by owner.

Upon graduating from Hudson Valley Community College with a business degree and obtaining his New York real estate license from Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, Anthony went to work for one of the Capital Region’s largest real estate agencies, RE/MAX. He was the top broker in the Capital District for RE/MAX for eight years and earned the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award, which honors the most successful RE/MAX agents.

In 2012, Anthony started Gucciardo Real Estate Group and today leads a team of 10 including brokers, sales staff, marketing and administrative personnel.

In just over a decade, Anthony has sold more than 1,300 homes and has produced more than $600 million in sales. He was recognized as an up and coming business leader by The Business Review 2013 40 Under Forty, is a member of the New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) and Women’s Council of REALTORS.

He is committed to giving back to the community and selflessly supports a number of organizations and programs, including: Center for Disability Services; Coaches vs. Cancer; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; the Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center; and Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.

Anthony resides in Latham, New York in a modest Colonial home that he purchased when he was 23. He is a car enthusiast, enjoys travel, following the stock market and spending time with his friends. He is also a long time aviation enthusiast.
